Miranda City Fitness
Miranda City Fitness provides specific Ladies only Fitness Classes as well as Group Fitness Training and Beginner Running Groups for Ladies and Gentlemen.
Supertone Circuit Fitness Classes at the Jan Cutting Healthy Living Centre.
Tuesdays – 6pm – 7pm – Ladies Only, £1 per session
Thursdays 9:30am – 10:30am – Ladies Only, £1 per session
Kettle Bell Classes at the Jan Cutting Healthy Living Centre
Thursdays 5:45pm – 6:30pm – Male and Female, £1 per session
*New Sessions* = Friday Kettle Bell Classes (Up until 31st March 2017)
Sessions will be taking place at Ford Gym, Unit 8, Wolseley Business Park, Wolseley Close, Plymouth, PL2 3BY
Fridays – 9:30am – 10:30am – Male and Female, £2 per session
Every Tuesday – 10:15am at Morice Baptist Church, Ham Drive, Plymouth, PL2 2NJ. Suitable for all abilities, everyone is welcome. £1 per session. (includes Tea and Coffee)
Once a Month on Monday, Oomph sessions take place at Keyham Methodist Church, 45 Admirality Street, Plymouth, PL1 3RU from 1:30pm – 2:30pm, Cost is £2 per session (includes Tea and Coffee). Suitable for all abilities, including wheelchair users, everyone is welcome. Upcoming Sessions;
